Mahina Va'a Team : 3rd at Queen Liliu'okalani in Kona
The 3rd of september 2005, for the first time, our team have been the third at the Quenn Liliu'okalani Canoe Race in Kona (Big Island HAWAII).
They've been there with only 6 paddlers (Taea, Kana, Mapuhi, Franckie, Nico and Ioane), the coach (Teva NERI) and 4 of the committee members (Maïre, Renata, Mirna and Alice)... see picture...
Very nice result for us... just before Hawaiki Nui...
